About the Running Analysis
Hi, I’m Marjaana Rakai @tiredmomruns—a runner for life and an MSc graduate in biomechanics and exercise physiology. My mission is to help runners reach their full potential while honoring the unique strengths and structural traits that make each person’s stride their own. With a deep appreciation for the science behind movement and a love for the art of running, I believe there’s no “one-size-fits-all” formula. Every runner has a distinct path, and I’m here to help you find yours!

All you need to do is to film yourself running. I will provide instructions on how best set up your camera/iPhone. Send me the video by WhatsApp and I'll book a consultation with you to go through the analysis and provide you the roadmap. You then get yourself started on with the program *self-starter*, or we work on your form together through our own app where you will find drills and strength workout to target those key areas of improvement. I will also teach you how to take those focus areas into your runs *Coached Pro Package*. Coached package also includes monthly consultations to help you keep on track, and allows you to ask me questions & reflect on your progress. You will also have continuous access to me via strength app and email.
