Questions: 

How much time do I need each week?  

The program is designed to be flexible, with strength workouts averaging 2-4 hours per week, customizable to your schedule. If you have more time available, great, I'll teach you how to increase overall volume.

What equipment do I need?
Basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands will be helpful, but bodyweight options are also available. For HIIT sessions, you can use rower, indoor bike, or run either on treadmills or outside.
