Coaching Services

You'll find a detailed description of service packages and fee structure, so you have all the information you need to make your decision. 

1-on-1 coaching with Marjaana

Personal coaching at its best! Here's what you'll get: 

  • Personalized, adaptive training program with Athletica.ai adjusted by me to fit your schedule. We will go through your road map together. 

  • Comments on your training and feedback on continuous matters. You can book coaching calls during my specific office hours. There are no limits to how many times you can communicate with me. 

  • Wednesday Workout with me: On Wednesday mornings, you can log in to Zwift and bust out a good sweat sess with me, bike VO2 max sessions! Plus occasional Zwift rides together. 

  • Monday morning Learn to Lift and The Strength Lab is also available for you. 

  • Athlete-centered approach: You know your life better than I do. You have the freedom to change your workouts or swap days directly in Athletica. This allows you to be in charge of your training - so training gets done. 

  • Onboarding: Field tests include endurance, strength, and movement. You'll receive an analysis and report and your individualized training intensity zones. You'll also learn what these mean, and how to use them together with your Rate of Perceived Effort and "feel". Re-tests as needed. You'll also receive a personalized strength program based on the analysis. 

  • Life happens, and goals change. I don't believe in setting a ceiling to the number of times of changes. This is why using Athletica is so brilliant! Flexible and personal! 

  • Support: Unlimited contact with your coach (again, I don't believe in capping your support) via WhatsApp, email, or calls. Monthly newsletter, educational videos, and group calls with the endurance team.

This service used to be 350 USD per month, and I am going against the grain here by reducing it to 249 USD per month (+onboarding fee). When everyone else is raising their prices, I can lower them because I am leveraging the power of AI in my training programming.

The Fit Mom Way

My flagship coaching program specially designed for moms. Motherhood is one helluva ride, and if you happen to have ambitious fitness goals, you deserve a cutting-edge, tailored training program with all the support and cheerleading you need! 

I've been in the motherhood game for 13 years, I've built my own fitness from the bottom-up, and I mean from the very bottom, not being able to run more than 15 minutes. I've researched many areas that women struggle with, and I've poured my heart, brain, and soul into this program. 

Moms need support and we need a program that don't take all day of sweating. Because frankly, we have barely enough time to get out of our pajamas some days.

  • Customized training program to your sport, and includes strength training program, of course, duh! 

  • Strength, fitness and movement assessments, to set the pin on where you start your journey- so that we can celebrate you and your awesome accomplishments in 6 months when you've finished the course!!! 

  • Our member's platform is where our educational course lives. Here, you will learn to ditch your negative self-talk, become your biggest cheerleader, learn to use the Not-to-Do list, manage your time more effectively, and learn to do strength, HIIT, and nutrition right for YOU!

  • Support: Biweekly Group Coaching Calls with the other badass moms in the group, weekly love notes, and so much support you won't feel like you are alone in your journey.

  • All you need is either Garmin watch or Strava, and of course reliable internet connection.

TMR Endurance Coaching Team

One of my goals as your coach is to share and teach my knowledge with you, so that you can take your training into your very capable hands. I understand paying for a coach is expensive. So my athletes have the option to join the TMR Endurance Coaching Team, with less the price but still the support that they need. You'll receive the comments, the support and the educational coaching calls, plus community support from our awesome athletes. You must have been with my 1-0n-1 coaching program for at least 6 months before you can join the team.

Youth Coaching

Have a talented runner, skier, or triathlete and looking for a program that is appropriate for your youth athlete? 

  • Age-appropriate and fitness-level training plan via Athletica.ai

  • comments and unlimited support for the youth and parent

  • access to all extra services like field tests,  Wednesday zwift rides, learn to lift etc.

All the premium services are included for 99USD per month Plus an onboarding fee.

Strength Training for Endurance Athlete 

Have a running coach and need a strength training plan that fits into your training and life? This one is for you. 

  • Strength training program based on your strength and movement assessment, delivered via professional strength training app with clear instructions and video on how to do the exercises.

Learn to Lift 

Learn to Lift is an 8-week program where you will learn the basics of lifting techniques via live video call. You'll learn 1. How to brace your core properly to lift. 2. Hip Hinge to properly deadlift 3. Squat technique 4. Pull and 5. Push. Learn to Lift is a biweekly 30-minute session with me. The Strength Lab

The Strength Lab is a 4-month strength program for female endurance athletes. Bi-weekly 45-minute live sessions. We will work together! Includes access to our strength training app where you can keep track of your progression. Book your sessions on the calendar

Testing support FTP, LT, MAF

Want to improve your fitness and want real tangible results without racing? I'll help you identify and execute tests that will indicate what you need to work on to improve. Test & re-test with analysis and a clear roadmap of where to go next.

Mom Strong

Are you wanting to get back to fitness after childbirth?  This one is for you! Mom Strong is a strength-focused fitness program for moms who want to get back into running, biking, and adventures after childbirth (s). You'll get a strength and running program (based on your individual goals), movement and strength assessment, and strength program based on the findings and what your weaknesses and goals are after consultation. Included in this package:  access to our strength app, Learn to Lift program, consultation, strength and movement assessment x2.
