Running With Her: Fall Session Open!
Service Description
Strong girls. Strong moms. One stride at a time. Grab your pre-teen or teen daughter and let’s run together. There’s something powerful—and a little magical—about moving side-by-side with your daughter. Running With Her is a weekly running & strength program designed to build not only endurance and athleticism, but also connection, confidence, and joy. What to Expect: This is not your typical run club. Each session has a purpose — we’ll build: • ✅ Strength (full body + run-specific) • ✅ Running technique & efficiency • ✅ Confidence, connection & fun With relays, hill sprints, challenges, and games mixed in, no one gets bored — and everyone gets stronger.

Cancellation Policy
Hey as a busy mom of three, I know first hand how unpredictable life can be. Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you cannot make the session. Simply just message me via our private whatsapp group. I'd rather you send me even a late message 5 mins before than wait in vain at the meetup location. If session is to start 5:30pm, it means I will start the training session brief at 5:30pm and we will leave 5:35 pm sharp. No exceptions. People have places to go and they are there to have a good workout. Be there on time. If you cannot make it in time, be prep to catch up.
