You are invited to join Every 1st Tuesday of the month for a group call. Bookable through: https://www.tiredmomruns.com/book-a-class
4 monthly learning modules (learn at your own pace): Strength training, High Intensity Interval Training, Zone 2 & recovery, and nutrition to support your training! You will have access to the learning modules for 25 weeks (6months)

Additionally, you can book me for online strength sessions for $25. I recommend joining these sessions at least every first week of the month when your strength program changes so you can really get a good idea how to do the workout.

In the beginning of each month you'll access a new learning module.
Monthly online meetings -Every first Tuesday evening, and around mid-month Wednesday evening for coaching calls. Please book them so I know you are coming.
