Program overview

Schedule November 1- February 28 

  • Levels: Begin Strong and Thrive Strong Programs to suit your personal goals and preferences

  • Training Structure: 4 progressively designed training phases accessible via Everfit App and supported by weekly online training sessions

  • Tools & Support: Access to a mobile training app, Monthly coaching calls, Live AMA FB sessions and peer support group.

Online learning: 

  • Module 1: Strength Training for Women Over 40
    Overcome muscle loss, stay injury-free, and build a solid foundation for your fitness journey.

  • Module 2: HIIT Training for Women Over 40
    Boost metabolism and cardiovascular health through effective, joint-friendly HIIT protocols.

  • Module 3: Zone 2 & Recovery for Women Over 40
    Develop sustainable endurance and resilience with gentle yet powerful recovery strategies.

  • Module 4: Nutrition to Support Training & Health
    Discover how nutrition can fuel your energy, and optimize your workouts.

How much time do I need each week?

The program is designed to be flexible, with strength workouts averaging 2-4 hours per week, customizable to your schedule.

What equipment do I need?
Basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands will be helpful, but bodyweight options are also available.

Flexible solution: Thrive Strong - coached program, or Begin Strong - self-coached, self-paced program. 

Structure: 4 progressively designed strength training phases.

Tools and support: Access to mobile training app, monthly group coaching calls (Thrive Strong), FB live AMA sessions and peer support group.

Two pilot groups: choose the one that closely matches your needs. Coached or self-paced. 

Thrive Strong -  Premium Support Guided Coaching & Group Training

Includes weekly group sessions, personalized advice and live support coaching calls.

Begin Strong - Self-paced, No coaching

Designed for independent learning and strength- building. 

 

Flexible schedule and access to all workouts via our strength training app, and learning modules through our members access website.
