WELCOME TO TIRED MOM RUNS
My Journey in Motherhood
This is a story about my journey in motherhood and how I transformed myself from a sleep-deprived, depressed mother of three children, living in foreign countries while completely lost in life, looking for meaning in my own uprooted life, to a strong, driven, passionate and happy Ironmom. This journey has taken me from very dark places to inspire others to bust through their own self-limiting thoughts by challenging myself and finding out what my body and mental strength can achieve in full distance triathlon.
We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that. Tired Mom Runs serves as a vessel to project my passions and clue in my loyal readers as to what inspires me and how I have channeled difficulties into possibilities of growth and wellness.
At its' darkest moments, my adventurous soul took a deep dive into postpartum depression. I will also talk about how running saved my life and guided me back to the light, and how cultivating my lifelong passion for exercise guided me back to living my life to its fullest.
My mission is to help mothers find their guiding bubbling light and helping them find their true potential and happiness.
Mom guilt. Mind Games. Excuses. Self-imposed limitations. Lack of confidence. Self-doubt. No subject is off-limits.
So, sit back, relax, and read on.
