Service Description

The Strength Lab is a 4-month long strengthening group program, where you will learn the basic 3 lifting techniques (The Learn To Lift Classes), and build your strength from the ground up. This progressive, fun program is designed the runner, triathlete and skier in mind, who is looking to build their strength before the heavier training of the build starts towards their race season. The benefits: 1. increase your strength, coordination and balance 2. improve body composition 3. learn lifting technique 4. workout together with others and you'll see strength training can be so much fun! You can do this from home or from a gym. You will need some weights towards the end of this program. You need access to internet and zoom when joining the live classes. You will receive: 1. Access to The Learn To Lift 2. Strength App where you will find all your strength programs with clear video and text explanations 3. The Strong Mom Classes 4. Two strength and movement assessments with me (book live sessions separately 50USD). Two dates: Skiers Starting June 1 Runners and Triathletes Starting October 1
