Your next steps 

Let's take the next steps to improve your running. Here's what I need you to do.

1. Record two videos of yourself running.  Instructions below. 

2. Send them to me via WhatsApp: +1346 513 9425 

3. Please allow 48 hours and check your email for analysis report and consultation booking link. 

4. Book yourself a consultation and meet me for a comprehensive analysis of your running, and receive a roadmap on how to improve including strength training exercises.
