Get the results you want with a custom-designed strength training program tailored to your goals and preferences. This 16-week program includes an initial consultation, assessments before and at the end of the 4-month period, and any necessary adjustments to the plan along the way. You will receive the program via my app, which explains the program and exercises in detail, and offers a direct line of communication with me.



  1. First, I will send you a form to fill out to describe in detail what you are looking for (you can also find this under INFO section)
  2. we will book a call to chat about your goals and if you have any other questions.
  3. Based on our consultation, I then design your plan and deliver it to you within 48 hours of our consultation.
